Despite the best efforts of the parties to a construction project, many high-profile construction disputes end up in arbitration. I am honored to be entrusted with the task of serving as a neutral in situations where so much is at stake for so many. As an ADR professional in the construction arena for over 30 years, I hope to have gained a reputation as a fair and evaluative arbitrator and ADR professional, and I continually strive to maintain that distinction. My focus is on effectively managing each proceeding and applying the law and construction industry standards in each case on a confidential basis.
